JMJ Associates has created a new mobile app to compliment and expand its flagship Incident and Injury-Free Safety offering. The Toolbox Talk App is grounded in JMJ’s Integral Model and delivers a series of compelling safety focused toolbox talks, designed to stimulate critical and transformational conversations that will keep teams safe and contribute to overall work success. Toolbox talks are powerful things, and can significantly contribute to both the safety and productivity of a work team. The JMJ Toolbox Talks App offers the opportunity to have one or more IIF™ Safety toolbox talk per week. The App can also be used more frequently (and repeated) depending on the work schedule. It’s designed for active field or shop floor scenarios.
There are 13 talks for each of the 4 Integral Model Quadrants. The Integral quadrant is highlighted at the top of the talk page and each talk includes a stated intention for the conversation
The app includes: A table of contents; A How to Use Guide, which includes set‐up requirements and tips on creating powerful talks; 52 unique Toolbox Talks. The App is currently available in English, Spanish, Russian and Portuguese.
